The wine is dark, an intense ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is complex with aromas of blackberries, violets, and a hint of smoke.

The palate is well-balanced, opulent and smooth, with grainy tannins. Strong fruit character with a silky-soft texture. Rich and structured with a toasty finish.

A perfect match with game or meats in sauces.
